A Quick Guide to Vibe's Culture.
A great deal of your satisfaction at any company is determined by the extent to which the values of the organization align with your own. In hope of letting you decide whether Vibe is the right place in which you'd like to devote yourself, we write down what you're reading now —— A Quick Guide to Vibe's Culture.
Vibe treats culture as a product, not as a random experiment. Instead of looking at culture as something that “just happens'', we firmly believe that culture is actually something that needs to be carefully designed, tested, debugged, and iterated on, like any other product we've released or will release. We design our culture consciously and deliberately.
The following are things we value at Vibe. We codify these values into a Guide to make them tangible and editable.
We list some questions following each value. You don't need to tell us your answers. Just answer these questions to yourself. If you find you match Vibe's values well, WELCOME to join us!
【Customer First】
When making any action/discussion, our starting point is based on being most beneficial to the customer rather than trying to prove ourselves correct.
In Vibe, you won’t always agree with feedback you get or decisions your team members make, but you should consider it seriously and with humility: it comes from a smart colleague who, like you, sincerely wants the project to succeed and customers to be satisfied.

- *In your past work experience,can you clearly and accurately define and share with your team who is your main customer?*
- *When encountering problems, can you deal with the problems from the user's point of view with great empathy?*
- *Is it very easy for you to understand the opposite perspective?*
【Integrity】
We require everyone to be absolutely honest and treat others the way you want to be treated. Each one in Vibe should be a decent adult. Maybe there is no need to explain too much on Integrity. If someone is not honest, what can we expect him to do?
