中石化(大连)石油化工研究院有限公司注册于2022年3月,由中国石化股份有限公司大连石油化工研究院响应国资委“科改示范行动”而成立。前身为成立于1953年的抚顺石油化工研究院,是国内***从事石油炼制研究的科研单位。2012年大连石油化工研究院成立,与抚顺石油化工研究院并行,两块牌子、一套人马,于2017年主体搬迁至大连旅顺。主要科研业务领域包括清洁炼油技术领域、公用技术、新兴能源资源技术、石化新材料技术和新一代信息技术等。拥有国家地方联合工程研究中心、国家石蜡质量监督检验中心等多个国家和省部级***机构,并设有博士后工作站。
截止2021年底,大连院已获国家科技进步奖和发明奖24项,省部级科研成果奖466项。已申请国内外专利9522件。拥有中国石化专有技术499项,科研成果应用于国内外860余套生产装置。
大连院全球高层次人才引进计划主要针对储能、可降解材料、碳中和、高端碳材料、人工智能、工程塑料、沥青基碳纤维、电化学合成、生物基材料等九个岗位进行全球范围招聘。每个岗位招聘1人,聘完即止。
SINOPEC (Dalian) Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FRIPP) is a scientific research unit directly under SINOPEC. Founded in 1953, it is the first petroleum research institution established in People’s Republic of China and a leading domestic and internationally renowned supplier of high-quality refining and chemical technologies. Its main scientific research areas include clean oil refining, utilities, emerging energy and resource, petrochemical materials and informatization. It has several scientific research platforms at national level such as Nation and Locality Joint Engineering Research Center for Petrochemical Pollution Prevention, National Paraffin Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, National Engineering Research Center for Harmless and Resource-oriented Treatment of Industrial Wastewater, etc. and more than ten scientific research affiliated institutions at provincial and ministerial level. It also has a post-doctoral workstation.
By the end of 2021, FRIPP has won scientific and technological awards 24 items at national level and 466 items at provincial and ministerial level, and has applied 9522 domestic and foreign patents in all, and own 499 items of SINOPEC Proprietary Technology, and its scientific research results have been applied to more than 860 production units at home and abroad.
The 2022 Global High-level Talent Introduction Plan of FRIPP is constituted by 9 positions involving research areas of energy storage, degradable materials, carbon neutralization, high-end carbon materials, artificial intelligence, engineering plastics, asphalt-based carbon fiber, electrochemical synthesis and bio-based materials. Only one person will be recruited for each position.
