Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
Responsibilities
Responsible for PC/Printer repair process design & continue optimization to achieve technical for high efficiency & cost reduction.
Focus on troubleshooting, assembling, healthy check etc repair process design.
Compiles technical related key metrics, repair & service reports, and analyzes data
Manages and leads programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the quality improvement process for a product or service offering
Cooperate with quality team and regional/global business unit for product quality management by service center repair process optimization and good execution.
Technical related performance tracking and monitoring for technical requirement executed well by service center, also identifying opportunities for improvement.
Provides training or general direction for internal and partner engineers
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred
More than 3 years of working experience in Quality management, Service Operation, Engineering or equivalent area.
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixes teams and resources.
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
Ownership and leadership, open and positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
