职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
·Subsidy Payment Process and Negotiation: Lead the process of subsidy reconciliation and payment. Lead and continusly optimize subsidy payment process, and Implement subsidy calculation for loan and lease products and implement a jointly agreed service level for subsidy payment process among different parties including SF Sales, SF Finance, NSC/BBA Sales/Controlling/Accounting.Communicate and negotiate subsidy topic with manufacturer, lead and prepare Memo for management sign off.
·Subsidy Policy Development and Alignment: Participate subsidy policy development together with manufacturer to continuously optimize subsidy policy to give strong support on car sales.
·Subsidy Reporting: Implement and deliver subsidy related reporting on time, responsible for IT request if there are new requirements on subsidy reporting.
·Sales Reports: Implement and consistently improve automated regular Sales reports (dealer + customer) and make them more informative, accurate and timely.
·Data Analysis:Provide Sales data analysis when it is required to support Sales steering.
Qualifications:
·Degree:Undergraduate
·Flunent English both on speaking and writing
·Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT/Word)
·Solid data processing and analytical skill
·Accounting knowledge is required
·Exllent communication skill and problem solve capability
·Master of Access software is a plus
