职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 负责追踪质量门，WSA，GFP，以及工艺质量问题。
Responsible for tracking QG, WSA, GFP and Process & Quality issue.
2. 负责质量控制及内外部质量问题管理。
Responsible for quality control and quality issue management.
2. 负责和其他部门接口，配合解决质量问题。
Responsible for coordinating with other departments to solve the quality issues.
3. 负责CI改善。
Responsible for CI improvement.
任职资格:
1. 大学本科或以上学历，机械，汽车，自动化相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanism, automobile, automatization or material science or relative fields.
2. 3年及以上的汽车制造厂生产部门或者质量管理部门的工作经验；熟悉汽车制造的整体工艺流程。
With 3 years of experiences in automotive production department or quality department; familiar with overall processes on automotive manufacturing.
3. 大学英语6级或以上，普通话及英语交流熟练，且具备英文笔译能力；具备德语基础者优先。
CET6 or above, good oral and writing communication capabilities in both English and Chinese; basic German is an advantage.
4. 工作独立性强，可以承受一定时期内较大工作压力，工作主动性强，可以灵活加班，具备一定的组织协调能力—可处理好复杂任务。
Highly independent, able to work under high pressure; high motivation and can work overtime; and handle with complex assignments with good organization and communication capabilities.
