职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 负责内饰与门线的工艺质量管理;
Responsible for process and quality management in trim and door line.
2. 负责体系文件的制定及体系的建立;
Responsible for creating the document for the system and establishing the system.
3. 负责审核管理；
Responsible for audit management
4. 负责变更及试装的管理
Responsible for the management of change and try out.
任职资格:
1. 大学本科或以上学历，机械，汽车，自动化相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanism, automobile, automatization or material science or relative fields.
2. 3年及以上的汽车制造厂生产部门或者质量管理部门的工作经验；熟悉汽车制造的整体工艺流程；
With 3 years of experiences in automotive production department or quality department; familiar with overall processes on automotive manufacturing;
3. 大学英语6级或以上，普通话及英语交流熟练，且具备英文笔译能力；具备德语基础者优先；CET6 or above, good oral and writing communication capabilities in both English and Chinese; basic German is an advantage
4. 工作独立性强，可以承受一定时期内较大工作压力，工作主动性强，可以灵活加班，具备一定的组织协调能力—可处理好复杂任务。Highly independent, able to work under high pressure; high motivation and can work overtime; and handle with complex assignments with good organization and communication capabilities.
