Chairman assistant (financial legal direction)
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the review and revision of the company's daily contract texts and the formulation of contract templates, and improved the company's legal affairs management system.
2. Deal with litigation and arbitration cases of the group, and do a good job in risk control.
3. Participated in business negotiations and provided legal advice and advice for the company's projects.
4. Familiar with laws and regulations of domestic and foreign financial industry.
5. Overall management of daily work affairs of the chairman and liaison of external affairs.
Job requirements:
1. Foreigners, except South Africa and southeast Asia, must understand Chinese, major in law or finance, bachelor degree or above,
2. Have strong logical thinking ability, language expression ability and team cooperation ability.
3. At least three years of legal work experience in the financial industry, and a lawyer's license.
