Key Accountabilities:
1) Work closely with management team, Institute and Regional HR, keep abreast of developments in business requirements, to identify Annual Training Plan.
2) Deliver Orientation Training. Manage the trainees and training progress, handle problems, feedbacks and complaints if any via Check List, in a timely and effectively manner.
3) Collect feedback from Institute trainers and business departments, regularly evaluate effectiveness of training delivery, propose and implement improvement plans.
4) Delivery training activity report with training record and analysis, record with training course record and training results evaluation.
5) Coordinate with supporting departments to secure resource for training programs, such as space, equipment and appliances.
6) Take responsibility of application for Internship Subsidy and Central Government training subsidy.
7) Administrate training system, LMS and Global Campus.
8) Organize competitions and activities based on management requirements, such as Typing test, English Contest, Employee Recognition Ceremony, etc.
9) Be in charge of Back-to-school trainings with division institute trainers.
Requirements:
University Graduate;
Experience in training and people development is preferred;
Good presentation skills;
Good PPT and Excel skills;
Leadership and People Management Skills;
Interpersonal and communication skills;
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Oral and written English skills;
