岗位职责：
1. Responsible for implementing the identification, assessment, response of risks and opportunity within the department. 识别、评价并应对本部门风险和机遇。
2. Support management team to define company quality related targets, develop quality system improvement strategy and annual quality programs, and ensure the effectiveness in implementation. Report the status of quality system development periodically to top management支持公司管理团队制定目标，体系发展战略以及年度的总体改进计划，并确保有效实施。向管理团队定期汇报体系及计划实施状况。
3. Coordinate, organize internal and external management system audits and/or process audit, from planning to action verification.协调、组织管理体系的内外部的体系和/或过程审核（策划到措施验证）。
4. Quality risk and cost analysis based upon dynamic update of internal and external quality performance. Drive or sponsor improvements among cross functions.基于内外部质量绩效进行质量风险和成本分析。驱动或组织实施跨部门的改进活动。
5. Owner of company level documentation management, be responsible for general efficiency and effectiveness in documentation related operations.总体负责公司文件管理的效率和有效性。
6. Bridge the communication with key customers to timely update management system requirements and coordinate actions to satisfy the customer needs.与关键客户建立有效的沟通机制以及时获取体系的相关要求并协调公司内部部门采取及时行动以满足客户需求。
7. Be responsible for effectiveness of APQP processes, lead and coordinate the cross functions to improve the process/system in order to minimize the quality risk during the product development phase and also improve the efficiency in decision making and information handling.对公司“先期产品质量策划”流程负责，领导和协调相关跨部门的流程以不断改进决策和信息处理的效率，并致力于最小化在这一阶段流程中的质量风险。8. Support process owners to solve management system related issues and improve business processes. 支持各主要业务流程的负责人或部门解决体系相关的问题并改进流程。9. Manage, coach and develop subordinates.管理，辅导并发展下属。10. Support superior with other task. 支持上级安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. Over 8 year’s experience in relevant field of automotive industry, independently conducted the enterprise to register or maintain quality system. Above 3 years experience of people management.8年以上汽车行业相关工作经验，有独立辅导企业通过或维护质量体系认证之经验。3年以上的人员管理经验。
2. Associate degree or above.专科或以上。
3. Registered Quality engineer. IATF16949 internal auditor training certificate.注册质量工程师；IATF16949内审员培训证书。

1.Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO14001, BSOHSAS1800
1.熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系、 ISO14001环境管理体系和BSOHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系。

2.Familiar with SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP and FMEA.熟悉SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP、FMEA。

3.Good command in all kinds of the tools for quality management and quality improvement.熟练运用各项质量管理和质量改进工具。
5. Good at English, both written and oral. 良好的英语书面口语能力。
