Job Description Summary:Assesses potential application of company products to meet customer needs pre and/or post-sales and prepares detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufacturer stated specifications. Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. Builds mini-applications with process simulation, often requiring rapid software modeling and/or product demo/training (at conferences, seminars, trade shows, or customer sites) for customer. May assist with optimizing products to meet customer needs and workflow requirements.Job Description:Key Responsibilities: * Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to customers in China and Southeast Asia regarding X-Rite’s products and technologies, acting as the primary technical interface between X-Rite and its clients. * Primary Roles: Your primary roles will be to provide pre-sales demonstrations, on-site product training, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful implementation of the technology to achieve design wins and customer satisfaction. * Language Skills: This role requires fluent understanding of verbal and written English, fluency in Mandarin and having a deep understanding of the industry focused market dynamics and use-case customer ecosystem. * Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of X-Rite products and applications, and convey that expertise to customers in product demonstrations, both online and in-person. * Product Feedback: Interface with the R&D and product development teams by providing feedback from customers regarding product performance, potential improvements, and new feature requests. * Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, application notes, and best practice procedures to assist customers integration, optimization, and use of X-Rite solutions. * Travel: Visit OEM, ODM, CMF and SI sites for product installations, troubleshooting, and hands-on training, with occasional international travel in APAC and ability to travel to European and North American regions.
