1、Lead on project management for Key Account (state customer name/s)
2、 Maintain communication with customer for obtaining project specification and requirement. Obtain forecast informationfrom BD for capacity planning
3、 Ensure RFQ, DFM, FMEA, capacity planning, budget and capital expenditure requirement are done as required
4、 Build accurate BOM & Routing during NPI stage and ensure good maintenance
5、Ensure project timeline and quality is met according to customer requirement.
6、 Respond and act promptly to changes from customer on delivery and forecast
7、Organize and form project team from relevant functional departments8、 Introduce the project through project initialization meeting (PIM) to Operation9、 Work closely with BD Manger and site GM/OM to report project status according to defined frequency10、 Set project expectation and measure performance of team members and subordinates1
