At SCHURTER we are passionate and super dedicated about what we do - and we expect no less from you.*Roles & responsibilities：
1. Develop fuse new platform product based on the requirement from marketing team or specific product to meet customer’s requirement complying with industry standard.
2. Perform design verification via necessary approach such as prototyping; simulation; DOE; FMEA to mitigate technical risk
3. Take care of design for manufacture and design to cost
4. Create all the deliverables such as 3D；2D in line with company standard and maintain the data in teams center.
5. Take care of component and product validation, finding optimization measures to meet the target functions through the product and production release phase.
6. Other tasks on demand or assigned by line manager.*Skills & experience ：- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or a related field-At lest 5years experience in design of fuse prodcution -In-depth knowledge of relevant standard IEC60417 /UL 248 and AEC-Q200. Skilled in 3D; 2D CAD Tools -Much experience of designing the critical features such as melting element; fuse body ; caps terminals and fillers to achieve high performance at efficient cost level. -Plus if with strong know-how about the raw material selection; contact physics and thermal simulation -In-depth knowledge of critical manufacture process such as stamping; plating and metaljoint technology -Fundamental understanding of overcurrent component application in some segmentation like industry and automotive applications-Good written and reading English, preferable for good verbal English communication skills; -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook;- Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice. Non-prestigious and humble person who understands that running a fast-growing/innovation company.-Good Communication capability and team spirit.-Accommodate occasional travel
