职位描述

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
1. Chengdu product development support.
2. Chengdu Manufacturing support.
3. Quality issue and costumer compline support.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1. Take responsibility for electrical and vibration testing.
2. Review test requests and conduct electrical tests according to standards/specifications. Such as LLCR, DWV, IR, T-Rise, Vibration and continuity tests.
3. Collaborate with customers to review test projects and confirm test requirements. Prepare necessary testing resources, including equipment, fixtures, and materials.
4. Develop, check, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Set up a test system based on test request.
6. Provide explanations and comments for any electrical testing failures.
7. Train technicians on machine operation and testing procedures.8. Check test data, review test reports, and ensure the accuracy of test results.9. Maintain and ensure good working condition of electrical equipment.10. Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system.1
1. Ensure strict compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.1
2. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in Engineering from a recognized university or technical institute.
2. Min 3 years’ experience working in electrical testing.
3. Experience operating standard electrical/electronic test equipment.
4. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows/MS Office applications.
5. Basic English communication skills, reading and writing.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Majored in Electrical & Measurement and Control Technology and Instrument.
2. Connector industry working experience.
3. Reliability lab working experience.
4. Understand USCAR-2, GWM3191, VW75174 standard.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of basic statistical analysis techniques.MBM Pay Philosophy:
