工作职责
1. Responsible for designing the TRUE collection for this trend led young women’s collection
2. Ensure latest trends are executed commercially for fast moving trend conscious Chinese market
3. Deliver product designs with flawless execution: achieving goals with speed, agility and acute attention to details
4. Constantly upgrade fabric, yarn, technique, fitting and product to trend and market demand
5. Produce detailed tech-packs and liaise with buyers and suppliers confidently
6. Work closely with design manager and buyers throughout the design process including product development, technical design and production to ensure the quality and timely delivery of collection任职要求
1. Fashion design bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 5 years commercial womenswear design experience (light woven design experience is a plus)
3. Excellent knowledge of garment construction
4. Highly creative and trend driven with a true connection to womenswear fashion design
5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced fashion environment and able to handle deadline pressure
6. Able to work on their own –take initiative and work as part of a team
7. Team player, good communication skill8. Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator9. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken10. Ability to relocate to Beijing, China1
