职位摘要我们正在寻找负责医疗全系列影像设备售后业务的备件及服务的产品经理,将支持全国公立及非公业务,根据影像设备的全生命周期服务特性,收集并分析客户需求,发新产品及服务内容,促进业务的快速发展。 角色与职责1) 备件业务目前需要更强劲的增长,通过发掘历史数据,并学习现有业务发生的规律和商务流程,定义产品战略和路线图,包括设计新产品方案、防伪码、流程优化等;2) 根据当下售后服务业务的快速成长特点,将相关产品策略贯彻至前线,确保新方案的落地与推广;3) 针对不同的设备及客户类型定义不同的产品策略和价格政策4) 协调不同部门,包括产品团队, 技术团队,供应链团队等,解决现有业务流程中存在的挑战与漏洞,更好的传递给客户价值;5) 创建和/或更新用于与产品交流和促进产品提供的产品手册、目录和销售工具。6) 您将与市场营销和网页设计团队合作,更新/增强数字营销工具,以改善用户体验。7) 为销售团队培训,包括产品/市场/商务流程等8) 调整销售工具和理想的销售流程,以优化购买体验9) 负责产品的盈利能力和产品组合的定价,并推动产品成本的计划10) 为产品制定市场营销策略,并衡量项目的有效性相关资质1) 生物医学工程学士学位或相关学历,医学相关领域5年临床营销、产品营销或相关领域经验2) 有良好的商务影响能力3) 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力4) 具有较强的分析和处理能力5) 有与产品开发团队,供应链团队,工程师团队互动的经验6) 熟悉数字营销和现场营销等方方面面7) 具有较强的英语沟通能力8) 接受全国差旅,时间占比20%左右9) 具有良好的客户沟通和合作能力10) 必须是一个激励者,自我主动者,具备敬业与团队精神SVC Product Manager Job DescriptionJob Description SummaryWe are looking for a product manager responsible for the spare parts & service in the after-sales business of the whole series of medical imaging equipment. He or She will support the national public and non-public business, gathering, and analyzing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, managing the NPI and service content according to the full life cycle service characteristics of the imaging equipment. working closely with the engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals are met.Essential Responsibilities1) Spare parts business currently needs strong growth. Through exploring historical data, and learning the processes of existing business occurrence, to explore potential opportunities, including the design of new product solutions, anti-counterfeiting code, process optimization, etc.2) According to the current rapid growth characteristics of SVC commercial, the relevant product strategies are implemented to the front line, and drive NPI is implemented and promoted.3) Define product & pricing strategy based on modality & customer segment.4) Coordinate with different departments including Product, Technology, Supply Chain and etc to solve the challenges existing in the existing business processes, and better deliver the value to customers.5) Create and/or refresh content for product brochures, catalogues and other materials that are used to communicate and promote product offering.6) You will work with marketing and web design teams to update/enhance webpage and online store interfaces to improve the user experience. 7) Create content and facilitate training for commercial teams including competitive threats and related industry news 8) Align sales tools and the ideal sales processes to optimize the buying experience 9) Own profitability and pricing of product portfolio and drive product cost out initiatives10) Create marketing strategies for products and measure effectiveness of programs Required Qualifications 1) Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering preferred, medical related field 5+ years’ experience in clinical marketing, product marketing or related field 2) Strong commercial influencing skills 3) Excellent oral and written communications skills4) Strong analytical and process skills 5) Experience interacting with product development teams6) Familiar with aspects of digital and field marketing 7) Strong English communication skills 8) Ability to travel as needed (up to 35%) national wise9) Proven success working with customers10) Must be a motivator, self-starter, and dedicated team player
