The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management and will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.===Key Responsibilities61 Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their logistics needs and identify opportunities for improvement.61 Solution Development: Design and implement customized logistics solutions for new business and existing customers to enhance operational efficiency.61 Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in project execution, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.61 Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of operation and make data-driven recommendations.61 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and alignment with client objectives.61 Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.61 Internal Lean Sigma: productivity measurement, lean management, Security management, Gemba, internal training etc.61 Other tasks assigned by line manager===Qualifications61 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.61 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics with a focus on solution development and project management.61 Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.o Proficiency in office, CAD and logistics software and toolso Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.o Knowledge on Lean production & ESSH (Lean Six-Sigma green/black belt is a plus)61 Language: Fluently in Mandarin and English
