So generally, the activities are: 我们是一家阿根廷的摩托车和卡车制造业公司，这个职位是介于总部质量部和国内供应商之间的质量把控。Follow up of quality problems reported from Argentina with suppliers and subsuppliers.主要解决总部及供应商之间的出口产品的质量问题。· Permanent involvement in the root cause analysis of the problems. 全流程跟踪及分析质量问题。Validation of the corrective actions proposed by the suppliers and sub-suppliers.验证及纠正供应商或分包商的不当之处。Definition and adjustment of the quality standard for parts inspection according to the evolution of the problems and feedback from Argentina.根据总部的反馈去协调供应商来调整及定义质量标准。Logistic follow up of specific points according to priorities to be defined.根据优先程度去选择和跟进物流流程。 Inspect trucks and parts orders according to the criteria defined.根据需求目录检验卡车或其零部件订单。Demand to the supplier the correction of the non-conformity detected during the inspection process. 检验流程中要求供应商严格执行一致性原则。 Approve or reject parts and orders according to the result of the inspection.根据检验结果觉得批准或拒绝订单。Approve or reject suppliers after visit the factory and check the product.拜访供应商工厂检验商品来决定是批准还是拒绝。Help supplier to study the problems, find root reasons and develop solutions.帮助供应商发现问题解决问题。Validate the improvement that the supplier and sub supplier implement.验证提高供应商及分包商的执行水平。Repot the findings to the team using the standard report.用标准报告来记录和验证结果。 Follow up in each order inspection the evaluation of the improvements in the parts and tracks. 跟进每一笔卡车和零部件的订单并验证。Requirements:
1.Passionate and hard working with good communication skills. 沟通良好努力工作。
2.Excellent spoken and written English language ability.英语口语可以和国外总部交流。
3.Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 工程专业背景。
4. Experience in the trucks and buses business is a must. 卡车乘用车摩托车有经验优先。
