This is a groundbreaking move in the higher education community across the globe.HKUST(GZ) comprises four Hubs, namely Function Hub, Information Hub, Systems Hub, Society Hub and 16 thrusts. The design of the campus blends natural scenery with architecture, with key cutting-edge technologies for energy conservation and environmental protection adopted during the design and construction process, in a bid to establish the campus as a new benchmark of green, smart and sustainable development.Duties
1.Provide professional support to staff and students for relating to teaching management work, such as class scheduling, classroom reservations, grade management, and other related duties；
2.Plan, organize, and execute campus events and course-related social practice , including but not limited to student activities, Workshop, Forum, or Academic Conference;
3.Set up all related policies, procedures and guidelines for the Center;
4.Support the administration of the daily operation of the Center;
5.Work as a team with other colleagues on projects and activities；
6.Assist in budget management and resource allocation for events；
7.Coordinate logistics, such as venue reservation, equipment setup, and catering services；8.Liaise with internal and external parties as needed to complete tasks and missions Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements；9.Perform other tasks as assigned by unit head.任职要求:Qualification Requirements
1.A Master's degree or above, with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
2.Member of *** of China (CPC), or strong desire to join CPC;
3.Experience of Ideological and Political Theory Course teaching management or related;
4.Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Publisher;
5.Knowledge of international higher education and good understanding of faculty culture;
6.Skills in researching, drafting and editing reports and data visualization;
7.Strong leadership and experience in organizational and management skills under rapidly evolving situations and self-drive;8.Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to deliver quality work under tight timeline;9.The capability of working efficiently and collaboratively in a dynamic and diverse work environment.This is a Mainland appointment, and the appointee will be offered a contract by HKUST(GZ) entity in accordance with the Mainland labor laws and regulations.
