Key Requirements:
1. Good acoustics industrial knowledge
2. Good experience in working with factory
3. Understanding audio signal DSP processing is preferred
4. Proficient in using Matlab and Python
5. Ability and willingness to work independently with cross functional teams, and travel frequently (mainly in Suzhou/Shanghai area)
6. Able to communicate in English
7. BS/MS in Acoustics, Electrical, Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.Job Description
1. You are responsible to join new acoustic feature design of new audio product.
2. You are responsible to join DOE design for feature develop data collection.
3. In development phase, you will response for processing testing data, create and maintain database for Machine Learning and support Machine Learning program.
4. You will support do the feature validations under different user scenarios.
5. Build and use effective engineering framework to guide manufacturing team to drive effective technical path to close issues.
6. Work collaboratively with Reliability team to drive Rel DOE data collection and solve test issue with CM factory team and FA.
