Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage our quality assurance systems in Simona Tanning all facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications, and for implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the production process. The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and will lead efforts to continuously improve and optimize quality processes.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards – review Simona Tanning existing ones and update them based on today’s business needs.- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions- Lead and supervise a team of quality assurance inspectors - Monitor and analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of raw materials and components – review Incoming Raw materials Quality, chemicals COCs and product declarations- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality Assurance, Engineering, etc.)- Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment – 10 years minimum - Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment-IATF knowledge as desirable (in case we adopt automotive)-English/Chinese speaking- Available for travel to the different Simona Tanning facilities -Resilient
