What You’ll Be Doing-Prepare quotations, pricing received from customers within the committed timeline-Responsible for filling the order re: MOQ/MPQ/LT pricing and part numbers.-May also be responsible for changes, advice change of pricing and handle quality issues, customer payment issue.-Responsible for handling quality issues on claims and/or may be responsible for processing claim.-Relationship building with customers i.e. Initiate discussions on possible business opportunities.-May handle requests for sample.-May provide administrative support to Field Sales, when requestedWhat We Are Looking For-Bachelor’s degree or above.-A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales role or have worked in a customer service, sourcing and buyer role gained from the electronics component or high technology industry-Excellent communication skills (clarity, organized way of thinking)-Good time management skills (works well under pressure)-Good English both in speaking and writing-Good Microsoft office skills, especially good at Excel-Aggressive, independent, proactive, hard-working, service-oriented and well-organized
