-管理PMO和工厂的资本项目的固定资产投资和项目费用的预算和使用。-Manage the PMO on capital and expense budgeting for engineering projects.-收集和优化工厂停产项目的计划和协调项目实施的计划-Collect and optimization the plant shutdown project list and coordinate the project.-协调项目的安装，调试，CR,ES和I/OQ等工作和确保在整个项目阶段符合EHS和质量合规。-Support vendor for equipment installation, commissioning, initial CR, ES and I/OQ etc, and ensure EHS & quality compliance during the entire project phases.主要职责Core Job Responsibilities-管理工厂PRB和项目RCE申请，管理工程项目从项目启动到项目关闭整个过程中固定资产投资和项目费用的计划和使用。 -Manage the plant Project Review Board(PRB) and projects RCE application, manage the capital and expense planning and usage gating through the entire project life cycle-支持工程项目整个过程。确保项目按项目预算和项目计划完成，并确保项目实施阶段质量和EHS合规，它主要包括但不限于以下所列工作：RCE申请；项目目标范围和计划的建立协调跨部门合作，创立URS,FEMA,DQ/FRS,SOW,工程研究，调试计划和验证方案；在项目设备安装调试和验证阶段提供的支持；项目相关文件的管理，总结项目经验教训和最终项目交付。-Manage the projects process from project kick off to project closure, ensure the project completion on time, on budget and quality and EHS compliance during project execution. including below major tasks but not limited to:RCE application, Project objective, initiate project scope based on the user requirement and create the project timeline, Coordinating with cross functional team to develop URS, FEMA. DQ/FRS, SOW, engineering study, IOQ protocol and commissioning plan. Provide the engineering support during the equipment installation, commissioning and qualification. Project documentation management, lesson learnt and Project handover.-负责工厂图纸的管理，确保图纸是最新更新的-Responsible for the plant drawing management and ensure the drawing update latest-负责项目相关程序和文件的管理。-Responsible for the procedure and document management-3年以上工程部门或职能方面工作经验-3 Years working experience in engineering-有很好的在食品/药品制造行业的GMP 和GDP知识和经验-Good practical knowledge of GMP and GDP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing-有很好的文件管理方面的知识和经验-Good Knowledge and practice in documentation management -良好的团队合作精神，沟通技巧-Team Player with imitative, drive, good communication skills熟悉婴幼儿乳品法规，并且了解法规所要求的相应岗位的职责和知识
