3. 客户关系管理- 建立和维护良好的客户关系,提高客户满意度和忠诚度。- 了解客户需求,为客户提供个性化的解决方案和优质的客户服务。- 处理客户投诉和问题,及时解决客户的疑虑和不满。
4. 销售渠道管理- 开拓和管理销售渠道,提高销售渠道的效率和覆盖面。- 与经销商、代理商和合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系,共同推动销售业务的发展。
5. 市场推广- 参与公司的市场推广活动,提高公司品牌知名度和产品市场占有率。- 提供市场反馈和客户需求信息,为公司的产品研发和市场推广提供参考。
三、任职要求
1. 教育背景- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验- 具有 8 年以上销售工作经验,其中 5 年以上销售管理经验。- 有成功的销售团队管理经验和销售业绩记录。
