We're here to better our world with biology.In this role you'll make an impact by: * Identify market opportunities and develop business plan in B2B markets for China plant business, with particular focus in fertilizer, seed coatings, new additive and business development areas. * Responsible for key account management, relationship building and account innovation pipeline development with technical, marketing and global & cross functional stakeholders. * Manage key, global (Sygenta), local (SDIC) accounts and business partners to ensure targets in AB and account plans are met. Ensure preparation of AB (in the BRM), FFs and provide input to Demand Plan (Supply Chain) and drive MTP (3-year growth plan) implementation plan. * Shape and explore the BioAg business model in China, expanding sales pipeline, validating license in/license out and local 3rd party partnership model to drive growth. To succeed you must hold: * ability to identify new business opportunities * ability to build, maintain customer relationship, has rich experience in key account/partnership management * 8 years + working experience in Agriculture, fertilizer, pesticide industry * proactive, passionate, and excution personality with a can-do attitude * Strategic and forward-thinking to explore diversified business opportunities/models * Promote Novonesis culture Could our purpose be yours?
