JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Establish and keep the process of tooling, equipment and machines running in optimal conditions for both new and existing products.
2. Oversees Set-up operation for mold and process changes. Ensures all job changes are correctly started up; ex: cycle times, and so on.
3. Production change-over. Involved with the sampling, molds/materials of new products.
4. Establishment WI and training to the related staff to ensure that product meets established quality criteria.
5. Keep and control all process. Improve and solve any problems involved in the process. On call for troubleshooting.
6. Provide technical support to project engineer and technician
7. Fully support for EHS policy8. Provide/issue/keep and control all technical/engineering process document (WI).9. Process abnormity analysis and push supplier to improve to achieve our target.10. Do industrial study and continues improvement of cycle time reduction, labor reduction and so on1
1. Responsible for keep the quality record for medical products1
2. Risk control according to the results of the risk management1
3. According to the requirement of IQ, OQ and PQ, participate in the confirmation for production process of medical products1

1. Bachelor degree or above education background.
2. Familiar molding process understand the scientific injection process. Priority given to those with RJG Certificate
3. Good communication skill.
4. Good at problem analysis and solving.
5. Positive, openness and potential to be developed and promoted.
6. Can work under pressure.
