Job Summary/Purposes & Objectives 职务概况/目的与目标:? The position will be primarily focused on delivering new business to the MS from customers in and around mainland of China. 本职务主要负责在大陆中国地区的销售,将客户业务接入苏州工厂/昆山工厂进行生产制造。? In addition, this position will sell to OEM (Automotive (including EV) and electronics)’ s and Contract Manufacturers through t his designated greater China负责通过该区域将产品销往汽车行业(新能源汽车)“OEM”客户以及Tier1客户,欧洲和国内的以及相关配套制造厂家。? This Position is highly specialized, require a large amount of time, have a limited number of people to perform task and/or the position exists primarily to perform the function.:本职务的特点是:专业性很强、人员有限但又需花大量时间才能履行其基本职能以达成目标。? Be delegated as Customer Representative internally to play its function well to meet customers requirements.被授权承担公司内部客户代表,完整发挥其重要的监督作用, 以满足客户需求。Main Responsibilities & Tasks主要职责与任务:
1、Communicate regularly with corporate sales to develop and leverage global customer relationships. Establish and support global account strategies.保持与总部销售管理层定期沟通,建立并维护与全球性客户的关系。
2、Identifying and working with existing/new customers on new customers on new business opportunities in the Greater China, especially new-energy vehicle to develop new business opportunity. 在中国区域内,在保持原有客户的同时要开发新客户,特别是新能源汽车行业的新业务,包括国内新能源行业的客户资源,熟悉三电(电池包,电控,电机,充电等),寻求新的业务商机。
3、Gathering information on orders and programs for discussion with Management to develop strategies in meeting company objectives负责收集并向公司管理层提供定单和项目信息,共同商讨战略以达成公司目标。
4、Assist Project Engineering by reviewing quote packages for appropriate fit to sales goals and Connor capabilities before submittal for quote analysis. Help to prepare quotations with the acquisition of all relevant details including material and process specifications. 协助项目工程报价的分析和审核工作,包括能提供相关详细的材料和工艺要求等,以符合公司销售目标及执行能力;
5、Negotiate contracts with customers and perform contract / NDA review. 与客户商谈合同,执行合同审核。
6、Consolidating information on business trend and technological changes for discussion with Management on market positioning.掌握业务趋势及技术走向,与管理层商讨市场定位。
7、Working with related departments to ensure that the new project meet the deadlines and requirements stipulated by the customers全力与相关部门合作,确保新的项目能满足客户约定的交货期限和各项要求。8、Liaising with customers on current and forecasted orders保持与客户的联系,掌握当今和预测的定单。9、Reviewing weekly and monthly sales related reports (eg. Sales performance, NBOs, etc.) prior to submitting to Management for acceptance准备并向管理层提交与销售相关的周报和月报(如销售业绩,新客户清单等)。10、Monitoring sales performance of company to ensure target set and appropriate action is carried out to meet the target if required. Provide regional revenue forecasts on a routine basis.监控公司销售业绩,确保达成目标,必要时要采取恰当的措施以满足目标的达成;定期提供区域销售预测。1
1、Ensure the sales staff is maintaining closure details for lost quotes within the RFQ log. This information is critical for competitive analysis.确保销售人员对失去已报价的项目要在RFQ中作出统计,这对竞争能力的分析至关重要。1
2、Working with accounting department and customers on payment collections issue与财务部和客户通力合作,解决货款回收问题。 1
3、Preparing quotations and negotiating contracts with customers为客户准备报价和与客户洽谈合同。1
4、Supporting tradeshows, providing revenue forecast on a routine basis支持商务展览事项;随时提供销售额预测。1
5、Create and execute on regional marketing strategies that are consistent with the corporate marketing plan. 制定和执行区域市场战略,与总部市场计划保持一致。1
6、Work together as the sales team of Connor China to reach the set sales target and even beyond of it.团结苏州销售团队达成或超越年度销售目标。1
7、Be delegated as Customer Representative internally to play its function well to meet customers requirements:被授权承担公司内部客户代表,完整发挥其重要的监督作用, 以满足客户需求:Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件Education & Professional Experience 教育背景和职业经验:
1、Minimum diploma in Manufacturing/Sales or Marketing. Knowledge of metal stamping industry preferred.专科以上学历,制造/营销专业;具有金属冲压行业知识背景的优先;
2、Minimum 6 years working experience in Metal Stamping and / or Electronic component or motive or medical service products.至少6年以上从事金属冲压和/或汽车行业或电子配件或医疗行业工作的经验;
3、Must be self motivated and energetic;工作必须积极主动、充满活力
4、Must have track record of success必须具有业绩成功的经验Essential Training/Professional Skills 主要专业知识和技能:
1、Strong verbal and written communication skills, and Fluent English and Chinese较强的口头和书面沟通能力 , 中英文流利
2、Leadership or management skills and excellent interpersonal skills. 具有领导或管理技能,以及优秀的人际关系
3、Computer literate, MRP knowledge电脑操作熟练 , 熟悉MRP 系统
4、Good presentation skills.良好的展示、介绍技能
5、Understanding of quality system.了解质量体系
6、Must be prepared to travel frequently. Frequently traveling within the Greater China具备经常出差的条件,能经常出差。
