I Can Read teaches ESL and English Literacy to students aged
2.5–14 years old throughour fun and unique teaching methodology. We teach all areas of ESL, combined with ourunique approach to phonology and literacy to give students all the skills needed to beconfident and proficient in English. Classes are designed to be interactive, activity basedand focused on individual student needs and progress. Our curriculum and methodology were designed over 15 years of research by educationpsychologists, and we have been enriching the lives of students in Asia for over 19years. We provide a comprehensive training program , plus all the curriculum and materials you need to teach exciting lessons.We have learning centers in 13 markets (Australia, Bangladesh, China and the SpecialAdministrative Region of Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East, Mongolia,Myanmar, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam) and offer opportunities forprofessional growth and career advancement. Main Responsibilities- Teaching speaking and listening skills using our ICR ESL curriculum and materials- Teaching pre-reading skills to children using our unique literacy system- Teaching reading and comprehension skills- Teaching writing skills including grammar, narratives, editing and publishing- Teaching oral presentation and communication skills- Help children develop social skills and positive classroom behaviour- Conducting pre-enrolment assessments for new students- Participate in marketing events occasionally- After probation period is over, teacher will be required for working five days a week (usually Wednesday to Sunday) with 2 consecutive days off mid-week; subject to scheduling . Initial probation period , teachers are expected to work 6 days a week.- Maximum 45 hour working week- Maximum 30 teaching hours per week- Maximum 15 hours admin work/marketing events per week -Probation period of 3 months.Compensation and BenefitsCompensation and Benefits- 5 days paid annual leave plus all Chinese national holidays- 5 days medical leave- Comprehensive training programme provided before teaching commencement- All curriculum material provided and ongoing academic support.

2.根据I CAN READ教育的教学大纲和要求，按时准备教学方案，高质量完成教学任务及其他教学活动；
3.及时跟进学员的学习情况，制定学习计划，督促、激励学员完成学习目标；
4.保持与学员、家长及客户的良好关系，协助销售人员达成续读、推荐和购买相关产品的销售目标；
5.按要求完成学校布置的各项常规和临时性工作任务；
岗位要求:
1.英语相关专业本科以上学历；
2.英语表达流利(全英文授课)，英语专业8级以上，或雅思
6.5分托福110分以上；
3.有青少儿英语教学工作经验者优先；
4.具备与外教沟通及探讨授课计划的能力；
5.高效、正确地传授英语知识及学习技能的业务能力。
