Are you seeking new and exciting career opportunities?Here is what you need to know about the job:Job Descriptions Build relationship with customers and understand the needs and requirementDevelop effective sourcing strategy and build strong vendor network to support business growthManage Product Development process to ensure products can meet customer quality and budget requirements.Responsible for daily merchandising activities from sample arrangement, price negotiation, order follow up, production control and quality assurance.Work closely with cross functional teamsProvide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process or escalate in a timely manner to seek help;Get familiar with LF internal order management system and provide necessary support and maintenance;Perform other duties as assigned by Management.Be Proactive and positive to learn more and take more responsibility. Requirements
1. College's degree or above;
2. A minimum of 5 years merchandising experience in toys, familiar with toys safety & regulation. Solid experience in the EU market, preferably with Trading / Buying Office Background.
3. Have product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process;
4. Workable written and oral English, literate in Microsoft office programs;
5. Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.
6. Solid experience in order follow up with oversea clients and factories.
