Essential Responsibilities: External:
1.Keep close relationships with the customers to ensure a better understanding of the demands, plan the customer forecast wisely to drive a sustainable cost, deliver a sustainable and reliable customer OTS.
2.Works closely with the suppliers and other division to ensure reliable material on time delivery, avoid the warehouse and production interruptions.
3.Monitor the customer and supplier capacity, align and manage the resource demand ahead, raise suggestions to solve issues.Internal:
4.Provide a consistent and stable production planning to fulfill the customer demand as expected, make plan to maximize the utilization of production resource and minimize the cost impact.
5.Works closely together with Sales, Program/Project Management, Process to make sure the new demands or changes are fulfilled as expected.
6.Overall manage the capacity, monitor the capacity utilization regularly, raise capacity demand ahead to prevent delivery risk.
7.Manage the production direct labor requirement to support the customer demand with a highly effective utilization.8.Manage the inventory in healthy to meet target, minimize the obsolete cost.9.Maintain data integrity in Oracle system.10.Coordinate with cross functions to solve the obstacles.Basic Qualifications: EDUCATION Must hold a College Degree, a University Degree is preferred.EXPERIENCE
1.American or European owned company work background is required.
2.Do well in written and listening English, good oral communication is better.
3.At least three years of working experience to lead a team, have strong communication and coordination ability.
