Responsibilities:Supply and logistics operation with warehouse in ChinaStock management and yearly stock taking in China warehouse.Coordinate with factories/forwarders in shipping schedule, shipment bookings, origin charges, payment status, etc.Good awareness of vessel schedule, space allocation and local transportation. Be flexible about container consolidation. Work closely with our overseas sales offices and factories for order follow up. Update company system timely.Prepare full set of shipping documentation.Express/courier follow up & customs declaration.Report to Logistic Manager for daily business. Requirements:University Graduation or above5 years or above relevant working experienceExperience with toys manufacturing / buying office / trading office is preferredExperience of Direct Import to Amazon or other US Customers is an advantage.Solid experience in full set of I/E documents and sea freight operationProficient in MS Office applicationsFluent written & spoken English
